Parking & Map

Free parking at the back of the salon.

Please park only in the spots with the Salon Aguayo name on the parking blocks.

Free street parking before 9AM. After 9AM it becomes two hour parking.

Parking next to Salon Aguayo at the First Church of Christ, parking lot, on corner of Madison Ave. & El Dorado St. is available to our guests only with a parking permit displayed on your car dashboard. Permits are given to you when you check in at the front desk. Please inform the front desk you need a parking permit if you park your car next door.

SALON POLICIES

 

A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY CHEMICAL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

COLOR CORRECTION / BALAYAGE

Clients must pay a deposit of $50 to secure their appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total payment the day of the appointment. Deposits are refundable if canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment. 

Balayage/Color Correction is charged by the hour. Balayage is a minimum of three hours. Color Correction minimum of four hours.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the SALON AGUAYO team. The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

 

LATE POLICY

We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it within the time allotted for you, or reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services adjusted. Issues reported after 5 days will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you purchase. We will gladly accept returns for salon credit on any products within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on retail products.
